It's not as hard as you might think...
I know what you’re probably thinking… “These results are great but why can’t I achieve results like these?”
It’s a great question you ask, but to reframe it slightly… “Why do some achieve results but most don’t?”
Is it genetics?
Is it metabolism?
Is it just luck?!
Well, actually, it’s neither of these things. In fact, how I have helped hundreds of men and women get results just like these comes down to one thing:
Their commitment to their goals.
I once read a brilliant book by John Assaraf – a lead in neuroscience, which addressed this exact topic – and inside the book, John asked a key question that changed everything for him in his life, including his health and fitness. And that question was:
“Are you interested in achieving your goals or are you committed?”
See, most people are interested in losing a few lbs, want to get fitter and have a body they can be proud of.
But it transpires that very few are committed to doing whatever it takes to have these nice things.
Think about it… you probably have a friend, family member or work colleague who has a laser-focused commitment to their work/job/goals.
And a result? They are probably excelling in that area.
Because of their commitment to their goals.
So at this point, before you scroll any further on this page, ask yourself this question:
“Are you interested in reaching your goals or are you committed?”
If you’re interested, then kindly exit this page and get back to scrolling endlessly on Instagram feeling sorry for yourself that everyone else is achieving better results than you…
But if you’re committed, you’re already halfway there my friend.

If you’re committed like I just said, you’re already halfway there… but yes, you’re only halfway there.
In order to go all the way there, i.e reach your goals, then you must take action.
And by taking action, I mean invest in you.
If I had a pound for every time I heard someone say “Online coaching is a rip-off” I wouldn’t need to be an online coach. But who is saying this?
Is it the interested or the committed? I think we both know the answer…
Ultimately, it is those who are committed, take action and are willing to invest in themselves that get results.

1. BESPOKE TRAINING PROGRAMME
When you sign up to ASC, you will get a 12 week bespoke training method. This will be tailored to your goals, training preference and availability. Sustainability is at the core of all of my programmes, meaning that what you start today you will be able to finish 12 weeks from now and beyond.
2. MULTIPLE OPTION DIET PLAN
Diet is often the demon when trying to reach health and fitness goals…. with temptatione verywhere and willpower draining faster than a mobile phone battery, it can be easy to fall off track. But this is often only because you haven’t found a sustainable option. On this journey, I willlook at multiple diet methods with you to help decide what will be best based on your lifetyle, committments and preference.
3. WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY
The secret to my success as a coach is my promise to keep you accountable, every single week, on this journey. After all, it’s pretty hard to fail when someone doesn’t let you quit or give up. That’s why on this programme, we have a weekly check in with frequent touch points during this week to see how you’re getting on and what you might need help with.
4. PRIVATE MEMBER COMMUNITY
This accountability extends into the private members community that you will be apart of when you join ASC. One of the less-spoken challenges of this journey is the lack-of belongingness that can come about as a result of commercial gyms that create intimidating environments or friends, family and partners who don’t understand your goal or how much they mean to you. Well, in our private member community, we do.
Your self-worth is directly correlated to your self-image. So let’s work on this. The aesthetics make up on this programme will help you see lower-levels of body fat and sky-high confidence, in just a matter of weeks.
Strength goes beyond bicep curls and deadlifts… strength is to feel strong… mentally, physically, emotionally. And on this programme we will do just that – help you to get strong. This will start by identifying your weakenesses.
It’s one thing looking good and feeling strong… but it’s another to be physically FIT. This is where the conditioning element will come into on this programme. Taking your fitness beyond its limits to help you becom a conditioned machine.
